旅游保险：希望永远用不上，但这次真的帮了大忙！-新加坡打狂犬疫苗

出门旅游一直有买旅游保险的习惯，已经买了很多年，过去就报销过2次小额门诊费用，其实也希望用不上，但在最近的旅行中却帮上了大忙。

猴子来袭，1200多新币的意外支出

上个月，去巴厘岛游玩，在情人崖看完日落美景和当地的舞蹈表演后，回程离大巴不远的时候，一只猴子突然来袭，抢走了我的眼镜。在好心人帮忙下拿回了眼镜，但发现一边的镜框腿已被咬坏，咨询店家说无法维修。糟糕的是还有我的脸也被抓伤了。虽是一点皮外伤不严重，但为了安全起见，因为印尼还是有狂犬病的，所以当晚就去了一家国际医疗机构看医生，医生看完伤口，诊断有必要接种疫苗，一共4针，当天2针，后面2针回去再打。

新加坡本地没有狂犬病，疫苗不常见，回来后在陈笃生医院预约了后续接种，4楼这里有一个专门的旅客健康和疫苗门诊，境外旅行前可以做相关咨询，疫苗价格也相对便宜，因为我在网上查的一针狂犬疫苗要320新币，这里是199新币，破伤风也比我在家庭诊所那里打的便宜。

打完全部疫苗和索赔完成，整个流程刚好一个月，最终所有费用加上眼镜损失，累计超过 1,200 新币，所幸保险全额报销了。

旅游保险最好是买了也不用，但关键时刻真的能提供保障！ 通过这次亲身的索赔经历，也让我总结了一些旅游险购买和报销的注意事项。

购买旅游保险的注意事项

•覆盖范围：不同保险产品保障范围不同，购买前要注意是否包含：

•既往疾病（Pre-existing conditions）：一些保险不覆盖已有的疾病，出行前务必确认。

•冒险活动（Adventurous Activity）：如潜水、滑雪、跳伞等，高风险运动可能需要额外购买保险。

•已知事件（Known Events）：比如刚刚发生的缅甸大地震，3 月 28 日之后购买的旅游保险，去缅甸和曼谷，因地震导致的损失就不受保，因为地震已经成为已知事件。

  • 财物损失额度：手机、相机等被偷、被抢或损坏，保险一般可以赔偿，但部分高价值物品可能有赔偿上限，购买时需要查看具体条款和适合自己的额度。
     
  • 尽早购买旅游保险：如果想获得行程取消（如因生病、家属生病等原因取消等无法成行）的保障，通常需要在出发前 7 天购买。有些保险可能允许3 天前购买，但大部分不接受临出发才购买的保单用于索赔。尽早购买可以确保更全面的保障。

报销旅游保险的注意事项

🔹 保留所有证据

•登机牌、行程单 ：证明你的旅行时间和地点。

•事故报告 ：如发生意外，一定要做相关事故报告，并保留官方证明。

•医疗报告 ：看医生时，要求详细的 Medical Report，避免只拿到账单，索赔时都会要求提交相关的文件。

🔹 核对文件细节

•医疗机构选择：如遇意外在外就医时，尽量选择正规大诊所，医院，避免小诊所，后续索赔更容易。

•这次我在医院时，要求医生开医疗报告，医生当时承诺稍后 WhatsApp 发送，结果收到时发现日期写错了，最后又重新补了一份，避免影响理赔。

•我的眼镜收据找不到了，就让眼镜店给开了一份证明，最终也顺利理赔。如果没有收据的话，保险公司可能有一个比率进行索赔，根据市场价格和购买年份等折旧。

🔹尽早告知， 及时就医，最后按时提交理赔

  • 第一时间通知相关方

发生意外或突发事件时，应尽快通知航空公司、酒店或其他服务提供商，以减少损失并确保顺利理赔。如果知道自己需要取消行程，但没有尽快通知，由此产生的额外费用保险公司不赔偿。

  • 及时就医：如果在国外未就医，回到新加坡后的就医通常需在48 或 72 小时内，否则可能无法获得赔偿，具体时间以自己购买的保单为主。

  • 保险公司一般有30 天内提交索赔的规定，尽早整理好资料，避免过期无法申请索赔。

最后：

旅行在外，安全第一，财物自己保管好！

在异乡旅行时，一定要特别注意个人物品的安全。如果你的财物在自己掌控范围内（比如手拿着、放身边、或者自己保管的行李），然后丢失或损坏，购买的普通旅游保险，保险公司通常不会赔偿。因此，务必保管好贵重物品，避免不必要的损失！Masterpiece（通常指高端或定制型保险，比如针对高净值人群的奢侈品财产保险）可能会覆盖因自身原因导致的损失，但这取决于具体的保险条款。

当然，意外有时无法避免，所以旅游保险是给自己的一份安心和保障。希望大家每次出行都能平安顺利，但如果真的遇到突发状况，保险就是最大的保障！出发前，选对保险，出事后，留好证据，这样才能让保险在关键时刻真正发挥作用！
