5步用CPF中央公积金OA购买Tbills

如何开始将公积金普通账户（OA）储蓄投资于公积金投资计划-普通账户（CPFIS-OA）下的国库券（T-bills）？

  1. 您需要年满18岁；不是未解除破产者；并且您的公积金普通账户（OA）余额超过$20,000。
  2. 要开始将您的公积金普通账户储蓄投资于国库券，请按照以下步骤操作：

步骤1：完成公积金投资计划自我评估问卷（SAQ），以评估CPFIS是否适合您。

步骤2：在线上通过任意一家公积金投资计划代理银行开立公积金投资账户（CPFIA）： DBS，OCBC，UOB

步骤3：投资您选择的国库券。政府发行6个月和1年的国库券。您可以在金管局（MAS）网站上查看即将进行的国库券拍卖。决定后，您可以使用银行的在线服务申请购买国库券。

步骤4：等待国库券购买结果，该结果将在拍卖日公布。银行会通知您购买国库券的结果。您还可以通过您的CPFIA在线查看分配给您的国库券。只有在成功分配国库券后，您的公积金普通账户才会被扣款并转入您的CPFIA。

步骤5：在您的国库券到期后的6或12个月（取决于您购买的国库券类型），您的公积金投资计划代理银行将收益记入您的投资账户（IA）。然后，您可以采取以下任何操作：

a. 再次投资于另一笔国库券购买或其他任何投资。

b. 如果您不计划再投资您的公积金普通账户储蓄，您可以申请将CPFIA的余额返回CPF OA以赚取公积金利息。您可以通过您的公积金投资计划代理银行的ATM、互联网/电话银行或银行柜台进行操作。

c. 如果您不采取任何操作，并且您的CPFIA连续2个月处于不活跃状态，资金将自动返回您的CPF OA。

CPF中央公积金OA户口目前的利息是2.5%， Tbills在3.6%左右。
