原来做遗嘱和信托如此简单！专家如此说:不能给孩子留太快又太多！

你想过自己的资产传承计划吗？资产传承计划/遗产规划就是提前计划好你离世后财产给谁以及如何分配的问题。如果你还没有计划呢，没问题。这篇文章会帮助你理清思路。先暂时把技术问题放一边，专注在你的传承意愿上。

开始Let’sget started

将一张A4纸分成4个象限，如图一。图一以亚当和他的家庭为例。

象限A – 指定主要受益人Specify Your Main Beneficiaries

45岁的亚当希望把40岁的妻子贝蒂和两个10岁及12岁的孩子以及亚当的父母作为他财产的受益人。

象限B – 列出你的财产List Down your assets

你的财产可以分为不动产和动产。不动产包括土地，私人公寓，动产如银行账户和保单。虽然有英国的银行账户和公寓，亚当的大部分财产在新加坡。亚当估计他离世时的资产净值为三百二十万新币。(离世时的净资产跟在世时的净资产区别很大)

象限C – 列出立即给予的Specify immediate gifts

亚当计划将二十万新币留给他的父母，其余的由妻子和两个孩子平均分配。他的孩子们应该在他辞世的时候立即拿到遗产吗？立即拿到遗产不是一个好主意。他的孩子们一夜之间成为百万富翁，就丧失了想要努力学习和工作的动力了，甚至挥霍败家。

象限D – 列出延迟给予的 Specify delayed gifts

亚当在和一位遗产规划顾问谈完后，决定推迟分配给孩子们的那份遗产，将两百万新币委托给信托。信托可以是一个人，也可以是一间机构，他会在一定时间内保管给孩子们的那份遗产。

亚当指示信托公司最多每月发放一万新币给孩子们，用做他们的日常生活费、教育和医疗支出。等每个孩子到30岁，再把余下的财产一次性给予他们(用作买房屋等)。

结论Conclusion

这个简单的例子告诉你在做遗产规划时考虑即时和延迟的给予继承的重要性。要告知你的孩子们你有这样一个计划。这个遗产计划是在你年老后以及孩子们长大后才使用。当然这个计划也是为紧急情况准备的。
