如何0元升级你的新加坡终身护保计划Careshield Life

🏷什么是终身护保计划CareShield Life？

是由新加坡MOH强制推行的一项终身护保计划，从2021年起，年满30周岁的公民/PR强制参保。当出现6个日常生活动作中3个无法完成时，将终身赔付S$600/月的护理费用。

🏷如何定义6个日常生活动作ADL

吃饭，穿衣，洗澡，上厕所，下床，行走.

🏷为什么需要强制的终身护保计划？

数据显示，新加坡65岁以上的老年人，其中50%会出现生活不能自理的情况，且护理费用较高；伴随着老龄化社会的加剧，我们很难依靠年轻人来养老，自负养老的情况越来越普遍。

🏷0元升级终身护保计划

根据调查，新加坡请护工进行养老护理的花费大概在S$2000-S$3000/月，政府提供的S$600/月的护理赔付远远不够。好在Medisave中提供了一笔费用可以用于支付“终身护保升级计划”。

🏷升级后的好处

以35岁，男性为例

1️⃣可以大幅提高每月的护理补助：1300+600=$1900/月，基本可以cover每月请长期护理的费用；

2️⃣只要出现2个ADL，即可获得每月护理补助S$1300；

3️⃣无需支付现金，使用Medisave里的600元津贴即可；

4️⃣现在有8折优惠；

5️⃣升级后的护保计划，只要出现1个ADL就可保费豁免，且享受终身S$1300/月的护理补助
