在新加坡，有必要配置防癌险吗？

根据新加坡卫生部 (MOH) 的数据，癌症是新加坡的主要死因，每年有超过四分之一的死亡归因于癌症。近年新加坡癌症发病率激增，平均每天44人确诊16人癌逝世。

新加坡高发癌症：

男性发病率最高的三大癌症分别为：结肠直肠癌， 前列腺癌和肺癌。

女性发病率最高的三大癌症分别为：乳癌，结肠直肠癌和子宫内膜癌。

新加坡住院险重大改革：

从今年4月起，住院险癌症门诊的报销范围，也将仅限于癌症药物清单以内的药品，并且针对不同的药品，设置单独的报销额度。因此，在住院险以外配置足够额度的重疾险或者专门的防癌险已经变得逐渐重要。

配置重疾险是一个不错的选择，但是请注意有些人配置了重疾险，但是可能没有涵盖早期癌症因为早期重疾的保费偏贵。一旦确诊早期癌症，会给保单持有人带来两难境地，如果想停止工作一段时间，就需要动用他们的积蓄。

防癌险有什么优点？

1. 癌症是最常见的重大疾病，防癌险则是保障的癌症疾病，一般覆盖主要癌症的所有阶段。

2. 防癌险的健康告知比较宽松，因为它只提供癌症方面的保障，而重疾险承保新加坡人寿保险协会（LIA）定义的各种重大疾病。

3. 防癌险价格相对重疾险要便宜一点，所以对于已经投保了重疾险的朋友们来说，想要更多的保障，也是可以选择买一份防癌险，提供额外的癌症方面的保障的。

如果能购买重疾险，建议大家先购买重疾险，重疾险的保障范围更广。防癌险适合用来作为买了重疾险之后的补充，提高保额。想要了解更多重疾险和住院险详情，欢迎PM。
