1.什么是 CareShield Life（终生护保）？

CareShield Life 是一种长期护理保险，可在严重残疾的情况下为新加坡人提供长期护理费用的财务保障。CareShield Life 将为您提供更好的保护和保障，满足您的基本长期护理需求：

  1. 只要被保险人无法进行三项或三项以上的日常生活活动（ADL），就可以获得终生现金赔付；
  2. 每月赔付金额不断增加，2024 年为每月 649 新币，并逐年增加，直至年满 67 岁或索赔成功（以较早者为准）；
  3. 政府提供补贴，使人们能够负担得起医疗保险，即使人们付不起保费，也不会失去保障；
  4. 保费可全额由MediSave支付。

如果您是 1980 年或以后出生的新加坡公民或永久居民，您将在 2020 年 10 月 1 日或年满 30 岁时自动获得保障，即使您有任何既往疾病或出现严重残疾

2.为什么我们需要 CareShield Life？

每 2 名 65 岁的健康新加坡人中就有 1 人可能在其一生中患上严重残疾，并可能需要长期护理。严重残疾可能是由于突发致残事件（例如中风和脊髓损伤）、慢性病和疾病恶化（例如糖尿病）或随着年龄增长病情加重（例如痴呆症）而引起的。

3.CareShield Life 覆盖哪些人？

6.什么是CareShield Life/ElderShield补充计划？

补充计划是对您的基本 CareShield Life 或 ElderShield 计划的补充，通过提供额外福利（例如更高的每月支付金额,从$1200/月到$5000/月等）来增强您的保障范围。
您需要是 ElderShield 或 CareShield Life 的现有保单持有人才能购买补充计划。

7.您如何支付补充保费？

对于新加坡公民或永久居民的被保险人，补充计划的保费可以用现金或使用被保险人自己或被保险人家庭成员（例如配偶、父母或子女、兄弟姐妹或孙子女）的 MediSave 支付，每位被保险人每年的可使用限额为600新元。

8.您如何知道您是否在补充计划的保障范围内？

您可以按照以下步骤检查您的 CareShield Life/ElderShield 补充计划：

  1. 访问CPF 网站。
    b. 使用您的 Singpass 登录。
    c. 将鼠标悬停在“我的 cpf ”上，然后单击“我的仪表板”下的“医疗保健”。
    d. 单击锚链接上的“长期护理保险”或向下滚动到“长期护理保险”部分。
